The Mission of the Dermott Crawfish Festival Committee is to preserve a longstanding festival environment unique to the city of Dermott, Arkansas, while restoring a sense of community pride, and unity for the creation of memories for generations to come.

The Dermott Crawfish Festival Committee is a non-profit community based organization established February 13, 2024. It is comprised of concerned Dermott citizens enthusiastic about the idea of continuing the annual festival environment that began in 1995, by the Dermott Chamber of Commerce. The twenty-member committee consists of a chairperson, co-chairperson, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and (currently) fifteen active members.
